Bill Parker

The personal philosophy of Bill Parker M.A. has it that classical traditional figure-drawing skills working with a life-model are at the heart of the artistic endeavour. Bill has thirty years’ experience as a college lecturer in Art & Design in the UK and overseas and has now established a studio in Yorkshire.
